Frequently Asked Questions
ORDERS
We begin preparing orders as soon as they are placed, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been confirmed. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist if your order has not yet entered processing.
Orders may be canceled due to:
- Payment authorization failureÂ
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping informationÂ
- Inventory or stock issuesÂ
If your order is successfully canceled, any payment made will be refunded automatically. Please allow 1–3 business days for pending charges to be removed from your account.
Address changes are only possible before the order has been shipped. If you notice an error, contact kodangs.us@gmail.com. Once the order is shipped, we’re unable to update the delivery address.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
PAYMENTS
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Additional payment options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Your card will be charged immediately after your order is successfully placed and payment is authorized.
If your payment isn’t being processed, please try the following:
- Double-check your card details and billing information
- Make sure your card has sufficient funds and is authorized for online purchases
- Try a different card or payment method
If the issue continues, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider for further assistance.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Processing times may be longer during collection launches, holidays, or peak periods.
Once your order leaves our distribution center, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather.
If you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, please contact helpkodangs.us@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the items received. Our team will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees. Once an order has shipped, the recipient is responsible for working directly with the carrier to resolve delivery issues.
At this time, we ship within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations yet.

RETURNS
You may return items within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags & packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email helpkodangs.us@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and a brief reason. Our team will review your request and send return instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
No. We do not offer size exchanges. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.
If an incorrect item is returned, we are unable to retrieve or send it back. Kodangs US is not responsible for items returned in error, so please make sure your return package contains the correct product before shipping.
